Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the operators of AegisAgentic AI to describe how the Service handles information. It is editable content and should not be construed as a guarantee or certification.

1. Information We Process

• Prompt content you submit to the generator.
• Usage signals (e.g. daily generation count) stored in your browser's local storage.
• Operational logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) retained transiently for abuse prevention and reliability.

2. What You Must Not Submit

Do not submit personal data, protected health information (PHI), payment card data (PCI), authentication secrets, API keys, customer data, trade secrets, classified, or export-controlled material. The Service is not designed for regulated data and you are responsible for ensuring inputs are non-sensitive.

3. AI Processing

Prompts are forwarded to third-party large language model providers (via a managed AI gateway) to generate output. We do not use your prompts to train models. Provider terms apply to in-flight processing; see provider policies for retention details.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly necessary browser storage for the daily free-tier counter and UI preferences. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, AI gateway). We do not sell personal information.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / UK GDPR)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@aegisagentic.ai. We do not knowingly process data from children under 16.

7. Security

We use TLS in transit and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; we make no warranty of absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
