You agree not to use AegisAgentic AI to:

Submit personal data, PHI, PCI data, secrets, classified or export-controlled material;
Generate content intended to facilitate unauthorized access, intrusion, surveillance, or harm;
Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property);
Misrepresent AI-generated output as human-authored where disclosure is required;
Resell, scrape, mirror, or build a competing service from the output or Service;
Probe, scan, overload, or otherwise disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
Generate disinformation, harassment, or content targeting protected classes;
Bypass rate limits, paywalls, or authentication mechanisms.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, termination, and referral to authorities.
